I would love to name my blog as 'Kiranau' only but it was already taken. Nevertheless, I'm happy with 'Inobong-Kiranau'. I'm sure Inobong is more known for than Kiranau.
Why Kiranau?
I'm starting a new life in Kiranau LoL....
It all began when I first visited my sister in law's apartment in Vista Seri Kiranau (VSK), Inobong. That was in August last year (2009). I fell in love the apartment at the first sight ;) It was spacious and just the right place I'm looking for. My hubby encouraged me coz he knows I don't have an asset yet! Well practically speaking, not for me, but for the children of course.
Next for all I know I placed my booking and deposited RM2k. The cost of the apartment is RM110k. Then I started asking for loans. I inquired a few banks. I ended at Public Bank Bhd. They offered me 95% financial. I took it of course. Signed the loan agreement. I'm lucky enough coz the bank offered me a free loan agreement. Otherwise, more money gone.
Signed and paid my Sale n Purchase Agreement on the 2nd November 2009. Paid the difference amount of my loan at Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad (SPNB). And I waited. Then, on the 15th of January 2010, the SPNB office called me to their office. I paid another RM745 for water meter, maintenance fee and so on. They gave all the necessary documents and asked me to collect my keys at VSK. On January 19th I collected my keys! Hubby checked the apartments and found a few minor damages. They fixed it within 24 hours though.
Applied for meter at SESB on the 27 January 2010. That was another RM210!
What's next?
Renovation of course. But that's another story to tell in my next post. Until then...
